The promoters and members of the Board consist of talented Nigerians who are successful in their various fields. The Directors, who set the board policy guidelines of the company, have several years of experience in corporate promotion and management. They include the following:



Mr. Areola started his career as a professional teacher in 1979 and later became a Chartered Accountant in 1992.  He went into public practice as a Chartered Accountant between 1992 and 2000 and later pioneered HR Outsourcing Services in Nigeria with the formation of Integrated Corporate Services Limited and retired as the Managing Director in June, 2008.

Mr. Areola prefaced his new adventure of entrepreneurial and talent development with deep involvement in financial control, auditing and investigation, human capital development business ethics and value.

He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.  He has Master Degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Technology, Marketing and Business Strategy.  He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, and pioneer President of Owner Managers Programme (set 1), and also, a member of Nigeria Institute of Management amongst several others.

He sits on the Board of Integrated Corporate Services Limited.  He is Chairman, Board of Directors of Catsey Investments Limited, Worldlink Insurance Brokers Limited, Board and Contacts Limited, Initiative Properties Limited and Chairman, Board of Governors Centre for Rights and Policy Development (CRPD) a non-governmental organization working to ensure that all Nigerian citizens live in dignity in a free and just society.




Alhaji Lawal Wowo is a retired civil servant of repute. He has cut a niche for himself as a respected, talented and accomplished investor of knowledge through various strata. He has over 35 years of extensive experience in the public service.

He obtained Grade II Teachers Certificate from L. A. T.T.C. Molete,Ibadanin 1969.Nigeriacertificate of Education  ATC,Kanoin 1973. Bachelor of Education A.B.U Zaria in 1977 and Master of Public Administration (MPA) A.B.U Zaria in 1984. He also attended several seminars and workshops on Public Service Administration at home & abroad.

He has also represented the Federal Republic of Nigeria in various capacities both at home and abroad. To mention a few; He was principal education officer Public Relations in Kaduna & Katsina States from 1986 to July, 1988. DirectorKatsinaStateSports Council from August 1988 to September 1989.  Chief Personnel Officer Training and Staff Welfare Federal Ministry of Agriculture from 1990 – 1977. Assistant Director Public Affairs and Bilateral Relations Economic Affairs Office, Office of the Secretary to the government of the Federation from 1998 to 2000. Assistant Director Logistics Navy Dept. Ministry of Defence & Deputy Director Pension Administration, Pension & Records Dept, office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation from 1998 – 2007. He was promoted to Director (Administration) Procurement Department Federal Ministry of Justice in 2008 from where he retired statutorily on Account of 35 years of Service.                                                    .

Born in December 1949 at Katsina Town, Alhaji Lawal Wowo is happily married with children.



 OKE M. OLABANJI ACII MBAManaging Director

A seasoned Insurance Practitioner with over 23years experience in the Insurance Industry. Mr. Oke started his career in the Insurance Industry with Impact Insurance Brokers, Ibadan, Oyo State in 1987 as Assistant Superintendent.  He later worked with Ban-Doy Insurance Brokers Lagos State as Reinsurance Officer in 1990 before he moved to Bael International Insurance Brokers.

Until his present appointment with Worldlink Insurance Brokers, he was the Managing Director/CEO of Libra Insurance Brokers Limited, where he worked for a period of Sixteen (16) years.  During these periods, he was privileged to manage various Classes of Insurances such as Life, Non-life and Oil and Gas insurance account.

He has attended various seminars and courses in Insurance, Pension, Risk Management, Marketing and Relationship Management, Effective and Dynamic Leadership and Insurance and Risk Management course the most recent being Energy Insurance and Risk Management course jointly organized by NCRIB and HSBC Insurance Brokers, London

Mr. Olabanji Oke, is a teacher by training.  He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Nigerian council of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria (ACIB).  He also has Master Degree in Business Administration from University of technology Akure.

Banji is a member of Ikeja Golf Club as well as Lagos Country Club.  He is happily married with children.





An internationally trained Network Engineer with 16 years experience in internetworking. Holds HND in Physics with Electronics from Polytechnic, Ibadan and MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA).
