The Need for Our Services

The primary duty of an insurance broker is to provide insurance cover for his client’s need.  However, at Worldlink, our services go beyond the primary duty and we have therefore introduced risk management services and consultancy into our activities at no extra cost to our clients.  Some of our services are:

  • Hazard analysis, evaluation and reduction through safety programs such as fire prevention or education of employees

 

  • Estimate of the relative costs of methods for meeting the various risks or their prevention or reduction

  • We are quite aware that the most important service a client expects from his broker is the ability to get claims paid promptly.  We therefore ensure the expeditious and smooth settlement of claims when they do occur

  • Many clients are not known to read the “small prints” in their insurance policies and rely on the skills of their brokers.  We therefore, make it our duty to read and interpret the terms, conditions and exceptions embedded in the policy in order to ensure their conformity with our client’s requirements.
